Refund policy

UK and EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

For items fulfilled by third-party suppliers, returns may be sent directly to the supplier warehouse. Return instructions will be provided upon request.
